Intresting week

Where to start. I suppose with the saga of the car. We decided on friday to look in at the garages, see what motability cars were on offer. Well we ended up filling in the paperwork and going for a Nissan Qashqai, which was the best option spacewise preformance wise and looks. I know we are only leasing it. But thinking about it, ownership of cars of overrated. First of all there's paying for repairs and genral maitenace of the veichle. Second the car is never a asset if you owe money on it, So if we got a loan for a car which you never make money on them its false econmy. The tinfoil part of me says that "ownership" of items is a just a fantasy propogated to keep us in finaicial slavery. And of course you never own a car anyway, thats everthing from a few hundred quid runaround, to a Ferrari. If you study the veichle documents then you are the Registed Keeper, the car is your responsibility to look after - to tax and insure and who actually owns the piece of metal? The Goverment, Thats right your paying the Goverment for the priveledge of being a veichle user.
When you look at it that way, Leasing is a much better and more "honest" option.

Yesterday was the Cardiff Cheese festival. We went and had a quick look round, Ok it was busy, We tried plenty of samples and did buy a block of cheese but ended up spening more in Wallys. Still at least I've now seen inside Cardiff Castle.

Then there was something else happen, We had a phone call from CW, someone we haven't heard of for a while. When we saw her it all came out, how she's not happy, she got what she wanted but it wasn't what she needed.
Well now she needs freinds, So we will be there for her.
