Apologies for the title Decor8 was the name of a DIY shop in Northwich...like many small independent shops ita long gone 25 years now.

So yes we have been decorating, going over the existing nuteral coulors with fresh coats of lilac, pale pink and blue. The whole house feels better, The line of handprints and 6 years worth of random markings have dissapeared.

So in other news, last week we had visitors Lucy and then Leander. So a trip to Glasto was in order. Glasto is always better out of season, less tat in the shops and its probably cheaper too. The Indian shop has opend up to three floors of reclaimed Indian furniture, the geodes in the crystal shop are as always awsesome. But the best part of Glasto is as always Courtyard books, (and the cafe's)
Glaso done we headed home, dissapointing to find that 30 quids worth of tescos petol evaporates in the tank, When will I learn that Tescos petrol just dosent give you the mileage that shell/texaco does.
