can you freeze it?

ok apologies the left hand shift key-the one i use for typing is sticking so for this post its all in lower case.
when jj was down we defrosted and moved the freezer, putting in back in the garage in a place where it should be easier to defrost in the future. i chucked a bit of food that had been in there for about a year and was rock solid and inedible. so now the freezer is almost empty.
now once a week we have a stir fry and as always a big of fine noodles is too many for us, normally it sits in the fridge for a few days till it gets thrown out, not this time though, i've frozen half the pack in a plastic tub, i'm not sure how sucessfull freezing it will be but its worth a experement.
yesterday was a bit of a baking day with welsh cheesecake and a bara brith being made, as well as some last minute chips, i thought there was half a bag of oven chips in the freezer when i went to get them there was only a few left, so a really quick boil and chip potato session later a load of parboiled chips were added to the oven tray, they turned out quite nice actually.
today we are off to a bbq at jules and ests, the aunts will be there....shudders...i'm not in the mood for their particualr form of bitchiness today
